We are so excited to have you in our halls and apartments this year and look forward to the wonderful things each representative will accomplish this year. Position Description
Community Representative
- Shall represent the hall/building positively.
- Shall hold monthly Town Hall meetings in their hall/building
- Shall attend Resident Student Association General Assembly meetings
- Shall assist and attend Resident Student Association events, meetings, and activities (planning, set-up, clean up,
        promotions, etc.), unless previously approved by the RSA Executive Board or the Community Director.
- Shall uphold the constitution of the Resident Student Association.
- (If designated) Shall be a voting member of the Resident Student Association.
- Shall vote on behalf hall/building on Resident Student Association matters.
- Shall serve as a liaison from Resident Student Association to their community.
- Keep their community abreast of all Resident Student Association programs and efforts.
- Shall provide information about their community to Resident Student Association (event details, resident concerns,
        etc.).

Leadership Retreat
The leadership retreat is completely FREE and MANDATORY for the voting community representative. We will enjoy a day on campus together where you will learn everything you need to know about being a community representative, you will learn leadership skills, get to know other students, and have a lot of fun!
