The Survey aims to provide SENW with an indication of the course requirements for all clubs during 2025 providing ourselves and IOS with the ability to plan and advertise courses in advance.  

The Survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete

We appreciate it seems early for us to request this information, however IOS have requested us to undertake a planning meeting with them during April 2024, by doing this, it enables them to organise in advance, the required courses for each Region.

Clubs that complete SwimMark on an annual basis, will recognise that the survey utilises the information collected from Element 4 (Training Needs Analysis), however by completing this survey, it will ensure the information received for all clubs in the Region is together in 1 place.

We had a great response from our clubs last year (thank you!), which helped the planning of courses for 2024.
