The National Coalition on Black Civic Participation’s (NCBCP) Black Youth Vote! 2020 Get Out The Vote: Black Collegiate & Community Challenge (BYV! 2020 GOTV: Black Collegiate & Community Challenge) goals are to:

- Motivate Black collegiate and community youth to vote in the 2020 Presidential Primary Election
- Help to Protect the vote on your campus and in surrounding communities
- Inspire Black Youth to own their political power in 2020!!!

You must be a college/university or a non-partisan community-based organization to be eligible to participate in the BYV! 2020 GOTV: Black Collegiate & Community Challenge and be approved to participate by NCBCP. The BYV! 2020 GOTV: Black Collegiate & Community Challenge is strictly non-partisan and cannot support a particular candidate, party, or partisan affiliation.
