Broadly, our working structure includes six "QTeams" – working groups that meet weekly and are centered around a specific focus area.

Collections – collection curation & all things books

Communications – social media, copywriting, website, graphic design, newsletters

Community – building relationships with local & national community partners

Fundraising – donor outreach, grant-writing, fundraising strategy & events

Programming – design & implementation of in-person and online programs of all kinds

Operations – systems design, organizational infrastructure, physical space design
