From the Ground Up! Getting Started with Healthy Soil
Healthy plants begin with healthy soil. In this interactive web-based class, we’ll learn the basics of soil texture and how to improve our garden soils. We’ll cover the benefits of adding compost to sandy and clay soils, and how to get started with composting this spring. We will also investigate measures to take to protect our garden soil’s health.
