WISD New Library Cards
We are so excited that you have opted to receive a free student card from Sims Library*. This card will allow you to check out physical material from Sims Library as well as access all online databases and E-books. Please completely fill out the form below. Students under 18 must have a parent/guardian signature for a Sims Library Card.

*Please note that by filling out the online form, you will be issued a 90 day online card. To receive your physical card (which you will need to check out physical items from the library) you must come into the library and show your student ID.
