MC2 Center Community Curation Form
The purpose of this form is to collect relevant information about you as a member of one or more research communities funded by the NCI/NIH Division of Cancer Biology, and supported by the Multi-Consortia Coordinating (MC2) Center. You have the opportunity to allow this information to be displayed in the Cancer Complexity Knowledge Portal, where it can be linked to publications, datasets, and tools emerging from your center/research projects. Displaying your information in the portal is completely optional and up to you. Please provide as much information as you are comfortable with. Only a small handful of the fields are required (marked with a red *), while many are optional.
