City Ford Sydney Learn to Play - Free Trial Form

The City of Sydney Basketball Association’s (CSBA) and City Ford Sydney. Learn to Play classes are designed for 5 – 13-year olds in a fun and inclusive basketball environment for children of all abilities.
We offer one free trial for individuals to try our program before making the decision to sign up.
Please fill out the form below in order to participate in your free trial to one of our Learn to Play classes.
We have added additional questions as we would like to get to know our participants better in order to make their experience as welcoming as possible.
