Career Round Table Speakers

The Career Round Table Session is integral to our conference tagline and purpose "Sharing Strategies for Success". 'We are collecting information from STEM Professionals interested in participating as Round Table Speakers to help us meet an important conference goal of diversity among speakers (STEM careers, all career levels, race/ethnicity and LGTBQ) The sessions are small and informal (<25 attendees) and last approximately 50 minutes and are meant to foster an open dialog with attendees on key soft skills necessary for career advancement and the interactive session encourages an open group dialog to share strategies across group attendees.

The session will open with 1-2 speakers sharing their career path and their experience with one or more of the soft skills in the areas of Allies, Team Dynamics, and, or Leadership, followed by seed questions to foster a dialog between the group with moderator assistance to facilitate the session. Selected speakers will receive free admission and recognition in the conference marketing promotional materials.
