2024-2025 Ball Academy Registration Form 
Thank you for your interest in the St. Joseph High School Ball Academy. 

Acceptance into the Academy will be confirmed upon review of the application and the receipt of the $750.00 deposit. The deposit may be split into two payments with $375.00 paid initially and the other $375.00 paid by April 30. The total cost of the Academy is $3,395.00. Credit card information for the deposit is being collected on this form. 

If you are new to Red Deer Catholic and/or St. Joseph High School, acceptance into the Ball Academy is based on official registration to St. Joseph High School and the same process applied to all new registrations will be used when approving.  Please complete the registration form for St. Joseph High School located on our school website.
