This is a form for parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and guardians of Bettendorf Middle School students. Parent Link will use this form to connect you to the school to provide our students with the best learning environment possible.

Volunteer During School (Select all that apply)

Hallway Helpers (Help open lockers, give directions, traffic control)

Lunch Helpers (Take a group of students outside for Lunch on the Lawn)

Library Helpers (Help reshelve books)

Serve as a Mentor

Serve as a Lunch Buddy

Assist Students with school work in a study hall or 5th block

Help display student work around the school or in community spaces

Serve as a Reading Buddy (This can be done in person or electronically)

Help with Student Celebrations and Recognitions

Help with a Bulldog Block Class (needs vary, please list what you would be willing to do below in "Other", I.E. teach a yoga class)

Staff Conference Dinner (Held on either Oct 22 or 24, set up and clean up in the evening hours)

Staff Donut and Bagel Breakfast (Help set up and clean up 7:30 - 8:30 am, held twice a year)

Quarterly Fundraiser (7:30 am - 2 pm, 90 minute shifts available, held on Wednesdays)

Fall Book Fair (Shifts available for school and evening hours)

Pass out Chromebooks (Sorting chromebooks for students to pick up 7:30 am - 11:30 am, August)

Collecting Chomebooks (Packing chromebooks away for summer, May)

Join a subcommittee

Apparel and Spiritwear

Book Fair

Hospitality (Staff dinner, Staff Breakfasts, Appreciation Days and Weeks)

Quarterly Fundraiser
