The yearly membership cost of $100 will give you:

1. 20% off purchases (in-store & online).
2. An invite to VIP only product development meetings (2x/year) + private shopping in-store.
3. Early Bird access to sales and product launches.
4. Birthday gift: Free shirt in your size plus an extra 15% off that day only (in-store & online).

After filling out this form, you will be emailed an invoice to pay for your membership. The membership will last a full calendar year from date of sign up. The email will include your permanent discount code to be used for all online and in-store purchases. You will be added to a VIP specific email list for early bird access, invitations to product meetings, etc.
