Subscription form Alternative Introduction Activity
Dear prospective student,

Due to the new Dutch Covid-19 regulations regarding introduction activities, sadly the Alternative Introduction Camp cannot be organised the way it was planned. Nonetheless, we've come up with a great free(!) Alternative Introduction Activity for you! The activity will take place on the 5th of September from roughly 13:00 until 16:00 at the Noorderplantsoen, in which you will get to know your fellow first year students, the association and older students, and get more information about your studies! The activity will consist of a small treasure hunt, during which you will visit different committees of the study association de Chemische Binding. At every location you will play some small games and you and your fellow group members have to answer questions correctly to move on to the location of the next committee. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided! If you want to join this fun activity, we would like you to fill in this form.

The possibility to subscribe will be closed at 20:00 on Thursday 3rd of September.

The Friday before the activity, your group leaders will inform you about meeting each other before the activity will take place, by making a Whatsapp group. Therefore, keep in mind that you need to be available a bit before 13:00 on Saturday. This is because we are not allowed to gather in large groups.

If you already filled in the form for the alternative ICE camp, you are automatically subscribed for this alternative introduction activity. If you subscribed for the alternative ICE camp, but you cannot / do not want to participate in this introduction activity, please email us at introductioncommittee@chemische-binding.nl to unsubscribe.

The introduction committee of ‘De Chemische Binding’ is responsible for processing the personal data you provide in this form.

After the activity the names will be kept for a year, this information is needed for a subsidy request. The financial data also needs to be kept for seven years to comply with the law. The rest of the data will be deleted in the two weeks following the introduction activity.

Changes regarding address and telephone numbers can be send to introductioncommittee@chemische-binding.nl If you are prevented from joining the Introduction activity send an e-mail to introductioncommittee@chemische-binding.nl then your information can be deleted before the storage period said above.
It is always possible to see the data we have on you. It is also possible to receive your personal data in Excel format.

The data will be stored on the google drive, to which the committee and the board of ‘De Chemische Binding’ will have access.

The personal data will only accessible by the Introduction Committee, the board of ‘De Chemische Binding’ and the names will also be shared with the group leaders of the introduction activity.
