This is the registration form for the March/April 2020 Hearing Voices Storytelling Workshop. The workshop is free, and you do not need a referral from a mental health professional. All art supplies will be provided, but you are welcome to bring any additional materials you would like to use. Workshop sessions will take place Tuesday evenings from 7 to 8:30 pm on March 10th, March 17th, March 24th, March 31st, April 7th, and April 14th at the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre (181 Roundhouse Mews, Vancouver) in the Arts & Crafts room.
