If you are interested in running a stall at the Into the Wild Summer Festival 2020, we would love to hear from you!
Please bear in mind that there are a limited number of places and applications are competitive.
FOOD & DRINK CATERING OPPORTUNITIES ARE FULLY BOOKED, THANK YOU.
If we confirm your application via email — you and each member of your stall team will be required to purchase a general admissions ticket. These will be available to Stallholders at the super-early bird price of £70 adult and £35 youth.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be provided discount codes to order the tickets so please don't book them until you have these codes.
The pitch fees range from £250-£400, depending on size. 3X3 metres is the minimum space.
Please fill out this application form, before applying, please take into consideration:

We provide electricity except for a fee (£85) and by prior arrangement; please note this is for LIGHT use only. If you require industrial use (amusement rides and electric ovens in particular), you must provide your own fuel and generator(s)

You may arrive from Wednesday at 10am
•
Your stall must be set up and open at 9am on Friday (there might be a council inspection on the Thursday afternoon, we will keep you apprised of that)
•
Set down is Monday at 1pm
•
All stall holders need to have left the site by 8pm Monday
•
If you need to use a vehicle as part of you setup, you will not be able to move it for the duration of the festival
•
Each member of your team must purchase an admission ticket
