For smaller events (5-100) Please fill out the form below, we ask for at a least a 2 weeks notice.  All events will be subject to available dates and resources.  Your Event Request Form will be reviewed by our team following which you will be contacted with confirmation of your event details (2-3 business days).  If you need Trainings (Mon. or Thurs. 10am-3pm) please schedule ahead of time. 

  
For larger groups (100 - 300) Please fill out the form below and contact Krysti Wright: 801-669-3998 for further consulting about how and what you need for your event.  We ask for a $2 - $3 per person donation to help us replenish our supplies for future service opportunities.  We try to help you find meaningful ways for people of all different skill levels to serve. 

If you have an event you want Stitching Hearts to provide for you, (company wide themed service days or business conferences/conventions or service parties), we can come to your facility and host a meaningful service experience for your employees or volunteers.  We provide the equipment, supplies, and training to make your experience easy and enjoyable!  After talking with you about what your needs and size of group are we will give you a quote.  Please contact Krysti Wright 801-669-3998 for further information.
