This form is the first step of the registration process. Families will need to answer the form below FOR EACH CHILD in the family. The Program will run from June 19th - August 11th and will be closed the week of July 3rd.
Cost of full-time enrollment (5 days a week): $34 per day (20% discount for second child)
Cost of part-time enrollment (1-4 days per week): $38 per day (20% discount for second child)
Field Trip pricing is included and will not be billed as an additional charge this year.
June bills will be due on June 15th before your child is allowed to start the program on the 19th. July and August bills will be due on the first of the month and entered by the 15th of the previous month.
Full-time students take priority in terms of placement in our program. Field Trip pricing is included and will not be an additional bill this year.
Part time families will be required to pay for the dates you choose even if your child does not end up attending (Dates will be confirmed upon acceptance into the program).
Families will be notified in by the beginning of May of their status in the program. Once you are notified of your placement the registration fee of $40 per child will be due by May 12th or your spot will be opened up for another student.
