Thank you for your interest in running an extracurricular club! Programming is typically facilitated 1x/week for 10 weeks from 2:45-4pm any day after school, though the day of the week you select must not overlap with one of your contractual late days. The Winter session runs from April 1st-June 14th, 2024. Teachers can sign up to run the same club for both semesters, and can choose to run multiple clubs per semester if they have the interest and capacity. A small budget for supplies is also available. Please refer to this sheet for ideas of possible clubs. Some clubs with community partners may have a slightly different schedule. Proposals will be reviewed by the Manager of Extended Learning and school building leaders, selected clubs will be notified before the club is to begin.
