2024 Season Head Coach & Assistant Coach Application
We are looking for coaching staff for the 2024 season at all divisions and levels! Please consider joining the FSA coaching team this season.
  • Dates for A team evaluations will be posted soon, we hope to have some head coaches in place for our A teams for evaluations late August/early September.
  • This application can be used for expressing interest in coaching any age and division at any time. Early submissions helps us provide a lot of notice for training, certifications and opportunities to get involved early.

In order to be considered for a Head Coach position an application must be submitted. Individuals who are interested in assistant coaching should also submit an application and preference will be given to those who do so. Teams may have a maximum of 4 individuals (Head Coach plus maximum 3 Assistants) listed on the coaching staff roster, one of which must be female. The coach may also request assistance from additional individuals to help with running practices in an unofficial capacity, particularly at the younger age categories.

The first coaches we are looking for are the Performance Program A team coaching staff. Performance Program coaches put in a huge number of volunteer hours providing training on weeknights and weekends to the performance program athletes all through the winter months. Head Coaches can expected to be at the training facility between 3-5 days per week and Assistant Coaches often just as much, however a lighter schedule can be accommodated for assistants. The performance program coaches work together to provide training to all performance program participants, not just their own team.

If selected as part of the coaching staff of any FSA team you will be required to complete Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders though Safe Sport and you will be required to provide a current (within 2 years of the 2024 season dates) Criminal Record Check (CRC) with Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) which can be obtained at a police station free of charge by providing them the following letter.
