Additionally, upon receiving an emailed link to a downloadable PDF of the score on April 11, 2022, I agree to allow John Hallberg to be the sole proposer and performer (assuming proposal acceptance) at the next North American Saxophone Alliance Biennial Conference, and the 19th World Saxophone Congress held in Kurashiki, Japan; I am aware that all other performances by myself or others on or after April 11, 2022 are acceptable and encouraged. *
