We want Ultimaas to be a fun and welcoming place for anyone to enjoy playing Ultimate, therefore want to give all members a chance to voice their concerns. Your complaints/feedback will be discussed with the board and we will take action if necessary.

In your complaint/feedback you can give as many details as you want about yourself and the situation you want to talk about. If you want it to remain anonymous, that is also fine.

You are of course also allowed to talk to one of the board members in person. They may however ask you to fill in this form for us to have it in writing and in your own words.
