Do you require electricity for your stand? *
We will supply an electricity point, and you will need to bring your own extension cables and adaptors. We will not have spares on the day.
Will you be using refrigeration on the day? *
Fridges require more electricity. Please make sure you let us know if you will be using refrigeration.
Will you be doing live cooking on the day? If you are doing live cooking, please specify the  type of cooking you will be doing *
We do not supply cookers, gas, microwaves, etc. No open flame allowed
Will your country be performing? *
Each performance should be no more than 5 minutes long. If your country is performing, please give us your requirements. You will need to provide music background 1 week in advance.
How many tables will you require for your stand? *
Standard table size is 80x160 cm. Please consider a minimum 2, maximum 5
Will you have an activity for the passport game? *
We have GWA International Day Passports. Students are encouraged to visit all the stalls and answer a question / game regarding that country. When they get a correct answer, your country will put a stamp, sticker or signature on the block on the passport with your country's name. Full passports go in a draw to win a prize.
Can you provide one object which represents your country, with a minimum commercial value 500AED, to be sold in our Silent Auction? *
Item needs to be available by 15th January . Examples include; a statue or a tool typical of your area, a mask, a painting, a dress, NO FOOD or fragile objects.

Do you agree to the terms and conditions that will make International Day a success for everyone? *
My fellow countrymen and I agree to follow the rules and guidelines laid out by GWA and GWAPA to ensure the health and safety of all students, staff, parents and their families. We will not perform live cooking unless stated on the above form and our stand is located in a designated safe area for live cooking. We will provide our own shade, table clothes, extensions cords, adaptor plugs, and any other items we need. We will not hammer nails, staple into, use double sided tape or damage the backboard in any way. We agree to use blue tack to stick on posters, etc.
