11:00 am until 12:30 pm (set-up tables, decorations, and food)
12:15 until 1:00 pm (arrive BEFORE the first shuttles to check-in guests)
12:30 - 3:00 pm (support during event - this could include giving directions, snapping photos, refilling food/beverage stations, and other duties)
2:30 pm onwards - Willing to stay after event and help take down tables
