2022-2023 ROBC Youth Group Enrollment Form
ROBC Youth Group is ready for youth to be registered into the YG Program!! Please register your youth by filling out the information below. A separate form will need to be completed for each individual youth you are enrolling.  Once you have registered your child, please read the ROBC Policies and Procedures manual found at ROBC Youth Group webpage, www.robc.us.  Please fill out and turn in the Verification Statement, Medical Release Form and Liability Waiver Form with the secretary at HTPS or you can email the forms to youthgroup@robc.us.

If making a payment by cash or check, please deliver to the secretary at Holy Trinity School, M-F 8:30 am to 4pm.  You can also make payments online, at www.robc.us.

2022-2023 Fees:

DURING OPEN ENROLLMENT (July 14, 2022 - July 31, 2022)
$100 per child during open enrollment
$75 per child during open enrollment for a family of 3 discount

AFTER OPEN ENROLLMENT (August 1, 2022 - May 31, 2023)
$10 per child per month, prorated

Age requirements:
Ages 8-18

Parent requirements:
Chaperone at least 1 fun event during the calendar year.
Coordinate 1 event during the year (monthly class, fundraiser event, or fun event).

Other requirements:
Have to be a current, active church member of one of the 10 following churches in the Old Believer community:

-Church of St. Nicholas-Barlow Rd
-Old Ritualist Church of Saint Nicola-Frolov Drive
-Russian Old Believers St. Nikola Church-Parr Road

-Staroobriadcheskaya Tserkov-Burkert Road
-Uspenia Church-Bethlehem Drive
-Uspenska Church-Broadaches Road
-Yspenia Church-Woodburn Monitor Road
