Year 2020 will be remain in the history of mankind due to COVID 19 Pandemic. In India, effect has been started since March 2020 - almost completed 5 months of this pandemic. We have gone through different phases of lockdown followed by unlocking during this period.

Work from home on digital platform is now becoming the new normal. We all have almost accepted and have acquainted to live with this environment. People of all ages are affected physically and mentally due to this Pandemic.

It has also affected adolescent & youth - largest age group of world. This situation is very difficult to be accepted by them as they are already going through the turbulent phase of their life due to physical & psychological changes due to hormonal changes in them.  

This voluntary survey will help us to understand effect of this lockdown phase on your lifestyle.
Main aim of this survey is to help the society by providing a statistical evaluation of this condition, which can be utilized for making future policies to deal with such situations more effectively & efficiently.
