Hey Village! Here at Motherkin we want to give back to moms that are in need of help! It takes a village and we want to help with what we can! This form is for those who may know a mom in need, or might be In serious need of HELP.

We will nominate one mom every month and either donate money, clothes, food, gift baskets, etc. We will be partnering with brands and also paying out of pocket for this project.

Remember, you can nominate yourself, a friend, a relative, a coworker, anyone!
