Puppy Application for Gypsy-Rose Pomskies
This form is used for potential puppy parent(s).  Filling out this application does not guarantee that you will be chosen for placement of a puppy.   It will be mandatory that a no re-home contract is signed to ensure that the puppy will only be re-homed with the adoption process approved by Gypsy Rose Pomskies.  

If chosen, puppies are sold on a strict pet only spay/neuter contract unless you are an proven Pomsky breeder.  After your application has been approved, you will be notified and a video meeting will then be scheduled for everyone to meet and ensure that your home is the right fit.

If all parties agree on the adoption, that is when you would place a deposit of $500.00 on your new puppy.  The deposit will then be applied to the total purchase price.  Deposits are non-refundable. Photos of your growing puppy will be sent to you weekly and what they have been working on as they grow.  Lastly, we are excited to meet you and extend our family with our new puppy paw-rents!
