Please fill this in to refer people into the Active Breathing Course run by Voices of Hope. The course is 6 weeks long with one 40 minute session per week, and is currently lead on zoom. The person being referred will be contacted in the next 3 working days with details of the course they're being put onto.

Please note that we advise those who are applying to be on the Active Breathing Course to either be 12+ weeks post-onset of Covid-19 symptoms and/or have a long-term respiratory condition such as Asthma or COPD (mild-moderate). Covid / respiratory condition symptoms can include: on-going breathlessness (not requiring further investigation), anxiety, fatigue, Disordered Breathing Pattern, Hyperventilation Syndrome.
