Being a champion is a flexible and voluntary commitment. As a champion, you will be at the heart of our Time to Change campaign here in Kingston. You will be part of a growing movement to change people’s attitudes towards those of us with mental health problems.

What happens when I sign up?

- You will get emails from us about local events and news
- Online and face-to-face training will be made available to you to give you the skills and confidence to take action
- You will get invited to our local CHampions Network meetings
