Are you attending the April 29th 6-8pm OPEN HOUSE/FIRST NIGHTER event at the Carolina Exotic Car Club to meet other program participants, meet the advisors, pick up Program Materials, etc. ? *
ATTENDANCE: 80-100% attendance is required for this post. The Ride of Your Life Academy Foundation is absorbing a huge portion of the Ride of Your Life Academy tuition for Explorer Post 25 members. Post 25 is an opportunity for youth whose families may or may not be members of the Carolina Exotic Car Club to participate in the Ride of Your Life Academy via Explorer Post 25. Do you feel you will be able to attend 80-100% of the Post 25 meetings? Post 25 members are also asked to participate in a minimum of 1 Occoneechee Council-Wide Exploring Volunteer Project, Career or Social Event between April 12, 2024 and June 30, 2025.  Post 25 members are encouraged but not required to complete requirements for and apply to the National Exploring Awards and National Scholarships. 
The Post Sessions starts in the summer or fall but you are welcome to join now and participate in the council-wide Explorer Post community service and volunteer projects and social events and/or other Explorer Posts.  Would you like information sent to you about these events?

$62 is the cost of a one-year membership in the National Exploring Program, Liability Insurance and Hospital Insurance. This one fee allows you to participate in multiple Explorer Posts at no additional cost. In advance and/or at the Open House we will collect the $62 National Explorer fee (check, cash or credit card), the BSA Financial Assistance Forms or the WellCare Scout Voucher.

THANK YOU FOR COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING THIS PRE-REGISTRATION FORM. The time and date of submittal of this Pre-Registration is recorded. A maximum of 30 youth will be enrolled per session (Summer and Fall) to the Carolina Exotic Car Club/Ride of Your Life Academy via Post 25. However, your seat in Post 25 IS NOT secured until your Youth Application or Adult (age 18 and older) Application and payment or Financial Assistance Form are received. Youth age 18 and older must also complete the Youth Protection Training(YPT), info on this will be send upon receipt of your application.
