We are currently updating and reviewing information on our students to identify any potential areas of support that may be required for specific groups of students. If you are the parent or carer of a child who was previously looked after (this is anyone who has been in the care system and now resides with you under an adoption process or similar) please could you complete the google form below. This is voluntary information sharing and will be handled with sensitivity.

If you have more than one child to advise us of please complete the form once for each child.
