All ages contest! Three categories 10 & under, 18 & under and adult. Winners will be announced with a celebratory butterfly release May 23rd at 1:30pm.

All contest entries receive a one free child’s ticket to the 2022 Central Indiana Enchanted Fairy Festival.

Winners will receive amazing prizes such as craft kit, Central Indiana Fairy Festival tickets and even cash!
• 1st Place $50 and a family 4 pk tickets (a $50 value) to Central Indiana Enchanted Fairy
• 2nd Place Craft kit value of $25 and a family 4 pk tickets (a $50 value) to Central Indiana
• 3rd Place family 4 pk tickets(a $50 value) to Central Indiana Enchanted Fairy Fest

Everyone who visits Beasley’s Orchard May 20th - 23rd can vote on their favorite fairy habitat.  
The fairy houses will be on display at Beasley’s Orchard for a self-guided tour of the homes.

 If the winner is not present to receive prize(s), they will be notified the Monday, May 24, 2021 by email/phone.

$10 registration fee.
Houses may be picked up after the contest on May 23, 2021 until 5:00 pm or no later than May 24, 2021 between Noon and 5:00 p.m. Any house not picked up will become property of The Enchanted Trails

Enchanted Fairy Trail

***Applications are due by 11:59 PM May 18, 2021 and houses must be delivered to Beasley’s Orchard on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 12 PM – 5:30 PM.***

RULES: Houses must be:
-Made from at least 75% natural materials.
- Must have a fairy or mythological theme and be appropriate for all audiences.
-Bigger than a shoe box.
- Artists may install their own work but MUST request special accommodations from The Enchanted Fairy Trail.
-Made from materials that can be lost, damaged, rained on or redecorated by tiny fairies. The houses will be
 outside unattended for the duration of the event.
-Easy for one person to lift and move (approx. 25 pounds or less)
-Whimsical, funny, creative, and/or beautiful!
-No logos or copyright materials without copyright approvals.

Voting takes place between May 20, 2021 - 12:00 PM  & May 23, 2021 1:15 PM by QR code submission or in person between. Please only visit  Beasley's Orchard grounds during regular business hours.

Houses must be picked up after the contest on May 23, 2021 until 5:00 pm or no later than May 24, 2021 between 12 :00 PM and 5:00 PM Any house not picked up will become property of The Enchanted Trails

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. No Purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand all the contest rules. I hereby irrevocably authorize Enchanted Trails to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose.  In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.  Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Enchanted Trails from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
