ALL STUDENTS must declare their intent to apply for a Fulbright Grant (this form). In addition, students applying for a Fulbright are strongly encouraged to meet with UVM's Fellowships Advisor, Katie (ccalexan@uvm.edu).

A U.S. citizen by November 1
Recipient of a bachelor's degree before the beginning date of the grad

DEADLINES -

April 1: Fulbright application goes live on the Fulbright website

May 15: Deadline to submit this form

June 1: Personal Statement due to Katie

July 1: Statement of Grant Purpose due to Katie

August 1: Affiliation letter due to Katie (research or graduate applicants ONLY)

September 1: Campus deadline for Fulbright applicants. All applicants must submit their application online through the Embark system by 11:59 p.m. EDT.

Mid-September: On-campus/Skype interviews with UVM committee - feedback will be sent back to applicants

Early October (exact date TBA): Online application must be submitted on Fulbright U.S. Student Program website by 5 p.m. EDT.
