All factors will be taken into consideration when creating class assignments and rosters. However, we are not able to make any guarantees.  Please complete a separate form for each child. We will not consider any requests received after July 5, 2019.

Requests for specific teachers will not be honored. We will do our best to honor requests based prior personal experiences with a teacher. Personal experience only includes having had an older student (sibling) in the teacher's class.
