RSL AZ is proud to be the only club in Arizona with a direct pathway to Major League Soccer.

Here are some of the RSL AZ accomplishments:

Four former RSL AZ players have signed professional contracts Julio Benitez with Real Salt Lake in January 2022, Luis Rivera with Real Salt Lake in January 2023, Izzy Amparo with Real Monarchs in January 2024 and Cole Johnson with Columbus Crew 2 in February 2024.
Two RSL AZ players made pro debuts with Real Monarchs in MLS Next Pro matches. Noah Ervin in April 2023 and Dominic Berrios in July 2023.
In April 2023, four RSL AZ players were invited to train with Real Monarchs for a week. Making the tip to Utah was: Ervin, Leo Landeros, Ben Erwin, and Cruzeiro Cuz.
Every year, RSL AZ players are identified by Real Salt Lake scouts and invited to compete for the Real Salt Lake U15 and U17 Academy teams in Utah. One player, Linkon Ream, spoke about the experience of moving up to Utah and competing for Real Salt Lake.
In February 2023, six RSL AZ MLS Next players were invited to participate in a US Soccer U14 regional camp
