感謝您有興趣和意願了解台北清真寺兒童青少年班伊斯蘭課程。
目前兒童青少年班課程安排在每週日上午10-12點於台北清真寺上課。
登記課程煩請依序回答分別關於阿拉伯文、古蘭經背誦、禮拜知識等程度的調查
此調查方便老師們為孩子分班，有效學習。
＊請留意，若您要為一位以上孩子登記，每位孩子皆需獨立填表

Assalamu Alaikum Dear Parents,
Thank you for your interest in the Sunday Islamic Class program for your child(ren).
The Children and Youth Sunday Islamic Class will be held every Sunday from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Taipei Grand Mosque.
To enroll your child(ren) for the program, please complete this Registration Form and help us answer some questions about your child's(ren) current level in three subject areas: Arabic Language , Qur'an Memorization , and Knowledge about Salah.
Based on your responses, we will determine the appropriate level for your child(ren) in the Sunday Islamic Class program.
*PLEASE NOTE* If you are registering more than one child for the program, please complete a separate form for each child. Thank you.
