Officials Levies ($10 per archer) are to be paid after the event using Club initials and "Officials Levies" as the reference. Please email the Financial Officer (financials@archerynz.co.nz) if you require a GST invoice to pay on.

Please make sure you have booked your judges BEFORE you submit this form. The DOS and Judges listed below must have already confirmed their attendance before you register your tournament. Submitting this form with their names does not automatically "book" them.

Once you have submitted this form, and completed Health & Safety RAM you can create a draft tournament on Archery OSA. If you are not sure how to do this, contact ictsystems@archerynz.co.nz to speak to the Archery OSA admin team.
An email will be sent to you once your tournament has been approved. Then you may publish your tournament on Archery OSA.

Tournaments on Archery OSA automatically feed through to the Archery NZ website (it does take about 6 hours to update so be patient). If you would like your tournament advertised on Archery NZ Facebook page, please email the published Archery OSA link to webmaster@archerynz.co.nz.
