This clarification text has been prepared by Eskişehir Şehir College, as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation. Personal data regarding the participants who will participate in the social event titled "Model United Nations Conference (SHRMUN'24)" to be held by our institution will be processed based on the processing condition of "obtaining the explicit consent" of the relevant person in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 5 of Law No. 6698 during the event. . Personal data shared with our institution can only be used with explicit consent and will only be transferred to judicial authorities/relevant institutions and organizations in cases where legal disputes are resolved or requested in accordance with the relevant legislation.
