The Boston Dream Soccer Association is a non-profit organization founded in 2020 with the mission to foster leadership development for women and girls.

In the New England area, there is a vast need for female leadership in sport to inspire the next generation of women and the Dream aims to provide opportunities for athletes like you to grow and develop as role models. We aim to offer leadership education, coaching experience, and community partnerships as part of our important work to ensure equitable opportunities.

To foster leadership for women and girls, we work with local charitable organizations to allow you to be a role model, lead, and coach. Each week will be a new organization. Our goal is to provide a once a week volunteer opportunity in June and July for you to find out what these organizations are all about and to support young girls in a variety of ways. Please check off the organizations you would be interesting in supporting.

To provide paid opportunities for you, we have set up our own Boston Dream Clinics as well as partnerships with other summer Programs. Which programs would you want to take part in? You do not have to commit to all, we just want to connect you.

Multiple 2 Hour Soccer Clinics for town youth programs through the Boston Dream spread out over June and July.

A 3 Hour Weekend Clinic for the Boston Dream in August

Summit Soccer Academy Training Sessions at various times and locations.

The Boston Dream is dedicated to providing you ways to stay engaged in soccer throughout the year and for life. Please check off any of the following Dream activities you would like to be a part of.

Weekly high level training for you and other participants

The opportunity to play in games for the Boston Dream to raise money for this program and other charitable programs

Joining a LinkedIn Network of Boston Dream Participants, Members, and Supporters to help futher your professional career

Being in a database of Dream Participants that Club coaches have access to if they need coaches for their youth club programs

Mentoring a High School Student-Athlete

Being mentored on coaching by a veteran high school coach during the fall soccer season

Coaching youth players by yourself in private online sessions

Getting a Film Analysis Session from an NWSL Coach

Attending Coacing Clinics put on by United Soccer Coaches, EMGSCA, or Mass Youth Soccer

Referee and Official Training
