By checking the box below, I the undersigned Student/Client (hereinafter referred to as “Student”), agree that my participation in all Courses/Classes/Sessions/Workshops presented by employees of Healing with Hannah LLC and 7 Notes Natural Health LLC, respectively, shall be governed by the terms and conditions set forth below for good and sufficient consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged hereby.
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.  MATERIALS. Student agrees and acknowledges that all aspects of the Courses/Classes/Sessions/Workshops, including without limitation, the oral presentations, lectures, related printed matter, web-based materials and all ideas, concepts, and principles embodied thereof and all rights, title and interest arising therefrom or related thereto, and all derivatives of all the foregoing are subject to copyright and cannot be used in any manner by the student without the written consent of the copyright owner (“Materials”).
2.  STUDENT COVENANTS. Student covenants that s/he/they shall only use the Materials or any Student-authored Course/Class/ Session/Workshop-related notes/recordings for personal purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, Student shall not use the Materials, including any artwork, or any Student-authored Course/Class/Session /Workshop-related notes/recordings in connection with any publication or business venture, including without limitation, such publications or business ventures in competition with Healing with Hannah LLC.No portion of the Materials or any Student-authored Course/ Class/Session/Workshop-related notes/recordings may be reproduced, distributed, emailed, displayed, performed, and published without the copyright owners express written consent. For the further avoidance of doubt, Student shall not rearrange, condense or otherwise modify the Materials and use them in competition with rearrange materials in competition with any other business or practice without the express written consent of the copyright owner.
3.  COURSES/CLASSES/SESSIONS/WORKSHOPS The Materials presented herein are in no way intended as a substitute for medical counseling or psychotherapy. These Healing with Hannah LLC Courses/ Classes/Sessions/Workshops are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Anyone suffering from any disease, illness, or injury should consult a qualified health-care professional. Healing with Hannah LLC is not liable for the misconception or misuse of the Materials provided. These Materials are intended for personal and spiritual growth opportunities and are meant for educational purposes only. Hannah Kanter and Healing with Hannah LLC make no representations or warranties with respect to the accuracy or completeness of the contents of these Courses/Classes/ Sessions/Workshops. Hannah Kanter and Healing with Hannah LLC shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or entity with respect to any loss, damage, or injury caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the Materials contained in these Courses/Classes/Sessions/Workshops.
4.  RELEASE AND GENERAL PROVISIONS. Student hereby releases, waives, and covenants not to bring suit under any claim against Hannah Kanter, and Healing with Hannah LLC, or the owner of any copyrighted material, related to or arising from the Course/Class/Session/Workshop. This Agreement will be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Any and all litigation arising under or relating to this Agreement will be filed and prosecuted in a court of competent subject matter jurisdiction in the State of Michigan in the County of Washtenaw. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. This Agreement may not be supplemented, altered or modified in any manner except by a writing signed by both parties. The failure of either party to enforce any terms or provisions of this Agreement will not waive any rights under such terms and provisions. This Agreement shall be perpetual and may be terminated only by the written agreement of both parties.
5.  PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY.Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. The standard meeting time for any energy work session/class/workshop will be scheduled in advance. Requests to change the session length or time must occur 24 hours in advance or you will be subjected to a cancellation fee.A $25.00 service charge will be charged for any checks returned for any reason for special handling.Cancellations and re-scheduled session or workshop will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
