2023 booth space has been filled.  We still invite you to complete this application in the event a spot should open up, or so that we may have your information on file for 2024.  Thank you. 

Our goal is for all DAS Fest USA vendors to have a successful fest and our guests to have a variety of food to enjoy.  We will list unavailable options here as they are filled.  Thank you for your understanding.

We are no longer accepting bratwurst/sausage on bun, pretzels, pierogis, roasted nuts, cheese curds, funnel cakes, crepes, pizza, tacos, quesadillas, mini donuts, kettle corn
Vendor Selection Process
Applications received may surpass the number of booth spaces available which may result in not all applicants receiving a contract to fill vendor spaces at DAS Fest USA.  Space is limited, and we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

Food vendors are selected based on the following criteria:
• Uniqueness of food items or inclusion of German cuisine
• Appearance of display in color photos submitted when applying
• Availability of space

The selection of food vendors will continue until all available spaces are filled.  
PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITH YOUR APPLICATION.
Applications do not guarantee a vendor space at DAS Fest USA.
Applications must be completed on an annual basis.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Accepted vendors will be required to provide proof of insurance, naming DAS Fest USA as an additional insured. In most cases, there is no charge to have your insurance provider do this.  We require this so that any claim affiliated with a vendor's product or service is compensated for by the vendor's policy, and not the festival's policy.

Food Vendor Booth at DAS Fest USA
Approved food vendors will be responsible for a nonrefundable $500.00 deposit plus $100.00 vendor fee.  The vendor fee includes space up to 10 x 26, parking, and electric.  Food vendors are responsible for creating their own attractive booth in its entirety and must use the whole space as requested.  Final menu and Certificate of Insurance (COI) will be due June, 2023.    Food vendors must use a POS system producing Z reports and settle with DAS Fest USA before leaving the grounds Sunday, 8/6/23.  Food vendors will pay 15% of net sales minus the $500 deposit at that time.  Food vendors will be allowed to sell water and soda purchased through DAS Fest USA only.

DAS Fest USA will review each application and reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant based on the predetermined criteria.  Accepted applications will be issued a contract via email to be signed and returned with payment.   PLEASE ADD DASFESTVENDOR@GMAIL.COM and PROST@DASFESTUSA.COM TO YOUR EMAIL CONTACTS.
