Tu B'Shevat Gathering 1/17/22 RSVP
Join us next Monday, January 17 at 10:30am for our Tu B'Shevat gathering! We will do arts and crafts related to Tu B'Shevat, have a song session, and plant parsley for Passover! We will plan on meeting in person outside at Temple Aliyah, but will move to Zoom due to weather if need be.

A. In the past 14 days, you nor anyone living in the your household has tested positive for, or been diagnosed with, Covid-19; has been advised to self-quarantine by a doctor or other health care provider; or is awaiting Covid-19 test results after experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or after having close contact with someone who has Covid-19. *
B. In the past three days, none of the attendees has experienced typical symptoms of Covid-19, which are understood to include fever, chills, sore throat, persistent cough, nasal congestion (not related to seasonal allergies), muscle aches, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, nausea, diarrhea or vomiting. *
C. Attendees will contact Melissa Rudman immediately if they test positive for Covid-19, and the attendees all understand that upon receiving a report of a positive Covid-19 test, Temple Aliyah will contact others who attended the event to alert them to potential exposure so that they may trace and quarantine as directed by a health care provider. *
D. The attendees agree to follow CDC physical distancing guidelines while in attendance, including maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from other attendees not in the same family, wearing masks and remaining in assigned areas, if applicable. *
E. The attendees understand that COVID-19 is a contagious virus that spreads easily through person-to-person contact, that participation in events at Temple Aliyah, as with any social activity, could present the risk of contracting COVID-19, and the attendees knowingly and freely assume the health risks of attending an in-person event and hold Temple Aliyah without blame if a Covid-19 infection occurs. *
