Please complete the following session proposal form for yourself or on behalf of a speaker that you'd like to be considered as a presenter at our conference. Please keep in mind the following criteria, which will be used in selection sessions:

1. Clarity of session outline, including objectives, content, and intended learner outcomes
2. Relevance to current trends & concerns for those engaged in the mission and ministry of the Catholic Church
3. Creativity, practicality, and appeal of the session's approach to the topic
