Carleton Pathways in STEM is a newly established club dedicated to supporting STEM students in exploring diverse career paths beyond the traditional routes associated with their degree. Our mission is to aid STEM students in the job market by empowering students to identify their strengths, develop their skills, and expand their job opportunities. We aim to achieve this through a series of events, including guest lectures from professionals with STEM backgrounds who have successfully transitioned into non-STEM fields, career workshops tailored to helping students identify their skillsets and align them with their desired careers, and other engaging activities. By fostering a supportive community and providing valuable resources, we strive to encourage and guide our members towards fulfilling career journeys.
