2019 AHS FIELD HOCKEY BOOSTER CLUB SEASON REGISTRATION FORM
Welcome to the 2019 Season for Araphaoe Field Hockey!   Please complete the following form to register through the AHS Field Hockey Booster Club for the 2019 AHS Field Hockey Season. You will need to complete a separate registration with AHS athletic department via ahswarriors.org.

*The AHS high school season athletic fee of $135 is separate.  The fee will show up on your Infinite Campus account through AHS.

-AHS Field Hockey Booster Club registration fee: $250 per athlete.
(This fee covers the salary of a 4th coach, a 2019 team warm-up shooting shirt, end of season banquet meal, uniform use fee, program equipment fee, coaches gifts, player photo collage, and other team/program activities.)

*** *You must register with BOTH AHS and the Field Hockey Booster Club. All registrations must be completed by August 5, 2019 in order to participate in the season. ***

Booster Club Registration Fee Payment Options:

     -Pay via VENMO APP to @Arap-FieldHockey (Venmo is a service of PayPal and is an app on your phone that you can make payment to another Venmo account for free using your debit card or bank account. For credit cards you are charged a 3% fee)

     -Pay via check. Please make all checks payable to Arapahoe Field Hockey and mail to AHS Field Hockey, PO Box 3821, Littleton, CO 80161-3821

2019 Athlete Information:

Athletes are issued home and away game jerseys, a reversible game skirt and a reversible practice pinnie. All must be returned in good condition at the end of the season or a mandatory replacement fee will be added to your school student account.
       *Other game uniform requirements:
          -Black spanks compression shorts (purchase on own with minimum 2" inseam)
          -Black and White Game Socks -$10 per pair purchased through booster club
          (the "Arapahoe" or "Warriors" socks from past years are fine to use this year.  You can purchase additional pairs if you wish)
         -Optional Junk brand AHS Field Hockey Headband (same as last year) -$12

-All athletes will need: a stick, goggles, mouth guard, field hockey specific shin guards, cleats/turf shoes and running shoes. We have loaner sticks if you need to borrow a stick for the season.

Suggested online retailers for field hockey equipment: Harrow Sports www.harrowsports.com/field-hockey (they also have a retail location near downtown Denver) and Longstreth  www.longstreth.com/field-hockey-equipment.asp.
 
-Practices will be held at Euclid Middle School (777 W. Euclid Ave, Littleton).Please bring your gear, practice pinnie, sunscreen, plenty of water and layers for all types of weather to practice everyday.

-Home games will be held at Arapahoe High School on the new turf field!

-Complete your registration and payment by Monday, August 5, 2019.

Arapahoe Field Hockey has our own Smartphone App. It'll keep you up-to-date with our team's news, events, schedules and much more. This will be our primary communication tool for the summer and regular season so please sign up ASAP. IT'S 100% FREE!

FIND US ON TEAM APP
Download Team App and search for "Arapahoe Field Hockey"

Launch Team App.

Then:
1. Sign-up to Team App. You'll be sent an email to confirm your registration.
2. Log in. Then search for Arapahoe Field Hockey and request access to group that applies to you.
Examples:
    -all parents should request access to “All Parents” Group
    -all athletes should request access to "All Players" Group

3. Each parent can set up their own account.
4. Each athlete needs to set up their own account.

If you don't have a smartphone you can still get email notifications from Team App just email us at arapfieldhockey@gmail.com and we will get you added manually.

If you are already a TeamApp user then open the app and select the search icon in the upper left hand corner to add Arapahoe Field Hockey to your team memberships.

Parent Volunteer Opportunities -Please indicate your area of interest in volunteering for our field hockey program (check as many boxes as applicable). You will be contacted at a later date once the teams are formed.
Payment -please add up all your purchases and make total payment via one of the methods below (example: $250 season booster fee, black and white game socks $20 and headband $12 for a total of $282.) *
