Sciencious' 2022 workshops on the topic of 'Computer Science' will be conducted in the format of Hackathon event. Sciencious Hackathon is a three-day virtual social coding event that brings passionate young computer programmers together from all over the world to build an innovative software program. The topic that Sciencious targets this year is 'NATURAL DISASTER'. As natural disasters have been a critical issue facing rural citizens, participants will build an app to address this issue and help underprivileged people to maintain their lives in times of jeopardy.

IN THE PROGRAM:
1. Regardless of what level you are at coding, you will be able to learn how to build a computer software on the FIRST DAY
2. You will be able to work with and learn from like-minded individuals from across the world in building the software as a team
3. You will be able to use your problem-solving skills and apply your learnt computer programming skills in solving the pressing problem facing underprivileged community
4. You will be able to gain advice from the invited senior professional on the SECOND DAY regarding your team's project
5. You will be able to gain an insight into the career into technology by the guest speaker, who is an employee at Google, on the THIRD DAY.

AWARDS
1. All participants will be awarded a certificate of achievement
2. The winning team will be awarded $25 Coupons from AoPS. The team's software will be featured on Sciencious website, social media and other platforms. Furthermore, members of the team will be invited into the Sciencious' executive board in working with like-minded individuals and achieving our missions for the underprivileged children in the future.

AGE RANGE:
Preferably high school students above 14 years-old. Passionate, capable younger students are also welcomed.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Have a basic coding knowledge
2. Being able to attend all three sessions on specified times and dates
