The World Affairs Council is in need of volunteers for our upcoming International Education Summit at Northern Kentucky University.  By volunteering your time, it will ensure that the event is a success!

185 high school students will be spending November 11th with us learning about climate change and opportunities for their future.

The day will start with a keynote address from Mayor Aftab Pureval.  Each student has selected two workshops to participate in from a list of options.  They will end the day in a speed networking event where they will have the chance to ask questions of people from various globally influenced career paths.

As a volunteer, we are asking you to help us make the day go as smoothly as possible.  This means helping with logistics and getting people where they need to be.  Once you complete this form, additional information will be sent via email prior to the event. You will be provided with an agenda for the day as well as a map of the various rooms/workshop locations.  Your specific task will be assigned at the beginning of the shift.

The event runs from 8:00 - 1:30.  We have divided the shifts into two, in case you are not able to spend the entire day with us. You are definitely welcome to sign up for the full day or write in when you are available if these shifts do not work.
