Are you a first or second year life sciences student at Queen's interested in being involved in the life sciences buddy program? If so, fill out the form below to be matched with an upper year (3rd or 4th year) buddy! Please make sure you are actively monitoring your email address, as this will be how we contact you!

We will be accepting applications on a rolling basis - you will receive an email from Serena once your group has been matched! This may take up to one week.
