In an effort to reduce density on school buses during the COVID-19 pandemic, the District is encouraging families to utilize alternate forms of transportation to school whenever possible (parent drop-off, walking, or riding bikes).

If you have a consistent alternative to using the school bus, please consider opting your child out of District transportation.  The opt-out program is entirely voluntary and is specifically designed for families of school-aged children who do not plan on taking the school bus in order to get to or from school this year.  Parents who opt-out will be responsible for ensuring that their children are transported to and from school on school days.  Parent who choose to opt-out of transportation will be given the opportunity to opt back in on February 1, 2021.

Families who are not eligible for District transportation (walk zone) and those who have opted-out of in-person instruction do not need to complete this form. Please submit one form per student.

En un esfuerzo de reducir la densidad en autobuses escolares durante la pandemia de COVID-19, el Distrito está alentando a las familias utilizar transportación alternativa a la escuela cuando sea posible (ser dejados por los padres, caminando, o manejando bicicletas).

Si tiene una alternativa consistente al uso del autobús, por favor considere optar por no del uso de la Transportación del Distrito.  El programa de optar por no es totalmente voluntario y está específicamente diseñado para familias de niños en edad escolar que no planean usar el autobús para llegar y salir de la escuela en días escolares.  Padres que desean optar por no de la transportación se les dará la oportunidad de optar por si el 1er de febrero de 2021.

Familias que no son elegibles para la transportación del Distrito (zona de caminata) y ellos que han elegido optar por no para aprendizaje en persona no necesitan completar este formulario. Por favor completar un formulario por cada estudiante.
