January of the current year through October 25th.

To require that Young Achiever Award recipients be under 40 years of age, and in the event the selected candidate is under 30, they agree to apply for NAR’s "30 under 30."

It is required the recipient be a REALTOR® under the age of 40 who has exhibited a strong commitment to our industry through involvement in the Association, Professional Excellence, Political Advocacy and Community Involvement during the qualifying year.

Applicants be graded on the following scale:

40% - Involvement in the Atlanta REALTOR® Association (e.g. Committee Involvement, Leadership Development Program)
20% - Professional Excellence (e.g. Sales Volume, Leadership, Ethics & Integrity)
20% - Political Advocacy (e.g. Demonstrates Support for Pro-REALTOR®/Pro-Industry Candidates and Issues, RPAC)
20% - Community Involvement

This award would be made only in those years when a member candidate met the criteria and does not have to be given each year.
